Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026 · Last updated: October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Studio (getaistudio.co and its Telegram bot, the "Service") collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can delete it. We use plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, write to us (see Contact).
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by an individual based in Ukraine, under the name AI Studio ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: planwet1988@gmail.com.
2. What the Service does
AI Studio creates short vertical videos (YouTube Shorts) for a YouTube channel you own. If you connect your channel, we upload the videos you created in AI Studio to it (as private drafts by default), let you manage those videos, and show you their analytics.
3. Information we collect
Account
- Your email address and account ID from our sign-in provider, Clerk. We never see or store your password.
- Your channel settings in AI Studio (niche, voice, schedule, effects) and the content we create for you (scripts, titles, thumbnails, audio and video files, run history).
- If you use the Telegram bot: your Telegram chat ID and username.
YouTube data (via YouTube API Services)
When you click "Connect YouTube" and approve Google's consent screen, we receive and store:
- the ID and title of your YouTube channel and the email address of the Google account you connected with (to show you which account and channel are connected and to prevent connecting one channel twice);
- the status and basic details of the videos AI Studio uploaded to your channel (processing and privacy status, publish time);
- analytics for your channel's videos from the YouTube Analytics and YouTube Reporting APIs — such as views, watch time, audience retention, impressions and click-through rate;
- OAuth access and refresh tokens for your channel. Tokens are encrypted before they are stored. We never receive your Google password.
The permissions we ask for are: upload videos
(youtube.upload), view your channel and videos
(youtube.readonly), view YouTube Analytics reports
(yt-analytics.readonly), manage videos and comments
(youtube.force-ssl), and your Google account email
(openid, email).
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment providers (NOWPayments for cryptocurrency, Telegram Stars in the bot). We receive only the payment status, amount, plan and a transaction reference. We don't receive or store card numbers, wallet private keys or Telegram payment details.
Logs and technical data
Our servers keep technical logs (IP address, browser user agent, time, requested page, errors) to run, secure and debug the Service.
4. How we use YouTube data
We use data received through YouTube API Services only to provide features you see and use in AI Studio:
- Uploading: uploading videos you created in AI Studio, and their thumbnails, to the channel you connected.
- Managing only the videos we uploaded: publishing or scheduling a draft you approved, changing its title or tags, deleting a draft you rejected or a video you ask us to delete, and posting the pinned comment you configured. We don't touch other videos on your channel.
- Analytics: showing you the performance of your videos in your dashboard and in your Telegram bot chat, and using that performance to make the next videos for the same channel better (for example, preferring topics that performed above average).
- Connection status: verifying that the connected Google account owns the channel and telling you when you need to reconnect.
AI Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features of AI Studio you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)
AI Studio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In particular, for data received from YouTube and other Google APIs:
- we do not sell it;
- we do not use it for advertising, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based ads;
- we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models, and we don't give it to anyone to do so;
- we do not transfer it to third parties, except as necessary to provide the features described above (see section 6), to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your prior consent;
- we do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending;
- people don't read it, except with your explicit permission (for example, when you ask for support), when needed for security or to comply with law, or in aggregated, anonymized form for internal operations.
6. Who processes data for us (subprocessors)
We share data only with service providers that we need to run the Service:
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure — hosts the website and API.
- Our own rendering server (operated by us) — generates videos and runs background jobs.
- Neon — managed PostgreSQL database: account, channel settings, encrypted tokens, video records and analytics.
- Cloudflare — object storage for generated files (if enabled) and Workers AI image generation (receives image prompts only).
- Clerk — sign-in and account management (your email).
- AI model providers: Groq, Google Gemini API, NVIDIA NIM (other providers may be added; we will update this list) — receive text prompts to write scripts, titles and descriptions. Prompts contain your niche, topics and our script drafts. They do not contain your YouTube channel ID or title, your Google email, OAuth tokens or raw analytics. A prompt may include a short derived summary of how your own videos performed (for example, "videos about topic X performed above average" or "viewers tend to drop off around the 40% mark"), used only to generate the next video for your channel.
- RunPod — GPU compute for some video generation steps (receives scene prompts and media, no account or YouTube data).
- Stock media libraries (Pexels, Pixabay, Coverr, NASA Image Library, Freesound) — receive search keywords only.
- Telegram — delivers bot messages (including your analytics, if you use the bot) and processes Telegram Stars payments.
- NOWPayments — processes cryptocurrency payments.
- Google / YouTube — receives the videos, thumbnails, titles and comments we publish on your behalf.
If you also connect TikTok or Meta (Facebook/Instagram), videos you approve for those platforms are sent to them. We don't use your data for advertising and we don't sell it to anyone.
7. How long we keep data
- YouTube data received through the API is refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days while your channel is connected.
- After you disconnect a channel, its OAuth token is revoked at Google and deleted immediately, and YouTube data we received for that channel is deleted within 7 days.
- Account data and generated content are kept while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to delete your account.
- Payment records may be kept longer where accounting or tax law requires it.
- Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days.
8. Your choices and how to delete your data
- Disconnect YouTube: in your dashboard, open your channel and click Disconnect (or use "YouTube connection" in the Telegram bot). This revokes our access at Google and deletes the stored token.
- Revoke access at Google: you can remove AI Studio's access at any time on the Google security settings page (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
- Delete your account and all data: email us from the address of your account (planwet1988@gmail.com). We will delete your account, channels, generated content, tokens and YouTube data within 30 days and confirm by email. Videos already published on YouTube stay on your channel — you can delete them in YouTube Studio.
- Access or correction: you can ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it using the same contact.
9. Cookies
We use only cookies needed for the Service to work: sign-in session cookies set by Clerk, and a short-lived security cookie that protects the "Connect YouTube" flow. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
10. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Each account's data is isolated from other users. Access to production systems is limited to the operator. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of a breach that affects it as required by law.
11. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
12. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States and the European Union. We use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the dashboard before they take effect.
14. Contact
